The Bystander Creator Community is built for people who are ready to make that shift.
Our vision
To serve people. To help them become independent. To support them in contributing meaningfully to the economy and to each other.
Not a job board. Not a networking group. A community of people who look after each other, share what they know, celebrate each other's progress, and are willing to ask the harder questions about what they actually want their lives to look like.
We believe in entrepreneurship. We believe in creativity. We believe that exploring the questions "Who am I? What do I do next?" is not just a practical exercise. It is the foundation of living a life of purpose and clarity.
Two layers. One journey.
The practical layer, which keeps changing depending on the need, is currently focusing on helping you navigate the job market as it exists right now. AI tools, CV optimisation, interview preparation, mentors who have been through career transitions themselves, and weekly live sessions.
The philosophical layer goes deeper. Who are you when you strip away the job title? What do you love? What are you good at? What does the world need? What can you be paid for? That intersection, what the Japanese call ikigai “the reason being”, is where this community ultimately points.
Who this is for
